At Aurevia Building Services we make sure our GC's keep their project clean and ready for the turnover date or for the next phase of their project. Whether it's a rough, final or fluff clean.
Rough Clean
Removing debris and heavy dust from the top to bottom of the building, preparing for the final clean.
Final Clean
A through deep clean from the ceiling to the floor. Removing all dust from fixtures, walls, bathrooms, hard to reach areas, adhesives, plastic covers, pressure washing and cleaning windows (internal and external). Leaving everything dust free and detailed.
Fluff Clean
A last touch up as needed by the superintendent or owner before the building opens up or before the turnover date.

- After the walkthrough and the information needed gathered we will send the estimate the same day!
- After the estimate gets approved we'll work with the superintendent on getting the cleaning as soon as possible or on the specific date as requested.
